Author Guidelines

Submitted papers must be original contributions and must not be accepted or submitted elsewhere until the decisions of the program committee are announced. The official language of the conference is English. All submissions must, therefore, be in English.

Initial Submissions

The length for submissions is 12 to 15 pages in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format, including references and appendices. Initial submissions must be formatted according to Springer template  and should be submitted only in PDF format.  Each submission needs to be accompanied with at least three appropriate keywords. Springer provides instructions and templates for authors on preparing their manuscripts. Failure to comply with these requirements, including formatting, will result in automatic rejection of your paper. All papers should be submitted electronically via the EasyChair Conference System.

Camera-Ready Papers (Springer)

Camera-ready papers should be submitted both in source format (MS Word or LaTeX) and in PDF format. All camera-ready papers must conform to the Springer template according to author instructions. Authors also need to sign and submit the CCIS Consent to Publish form. This form has to be signed by the authors of each paper, at least by the corresponding author, and collected electronically together with the final version of the paper. Authors should follow the Checklist of items to be sent to the volume editor and submitt all as one archive via Easychair (see the checklist on the authors instructions page). Papers that do not comply with the specified guidelines will be returned to authors. If formatting problems are not corrected by authors, their paper will be omitted from the proceedings. The authors are responsible for preparing the final manuscript in time for its inclusion in conference proceedings. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay a registration fee by April 11, 2016 at the latest. The camera-ready paper must be submitted before April 1, 2016
