Submissions

Authors are invited to submit original unpublished research papers and application experience papers (12 to 15 pages in the LNCS/CCIS one-column page format)  written in English in electronic form as PDF files via EasyChair system. Conference proceedings will be published by Springer in the series Communications in Computer and Information Science (CCIS)  indexed by SCOPUS and submitted for indexation in Thomson Reuters Conference Proceedings Citation Index . Post-conference proceedings of selected and extended papers  (up to 14 pages) will be published by IOS Press in the series Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications as Open Access Ebook, indexed by SCOPUS and Web of Science. Journal publication opportunity: the authors of papers not selected for publication in the post-conference proceedings will be offered opportunity to extend their papers to be published in Baltic Journal of Modern Computing (BJMC). All submissions will be evaluated by at least three members of the international program committee with respect to originality, technical quality, validity, contribution, and presentation. The program committee may decide to accept a submission as a short communication if it reports interesting results, ideas, or experiences, but could not be selected as full paper. Paper selection for post-conference proceedings published in the Frontiers in Artificial Intelligence and Applications by IOS Press, or Baltic Journal of Modern Computing (BJMC) is performed according to the following rules:
  • Only high quality papers according to ratings given by reviewers and PC will be included.
  • Final paper version and presentation at conference is considered.
  • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and pay a registration fee by April 11, 2016 at latest.
